When a key is serviced, audit information (key access attempts) is uploaded to the Medeco XT Web Manager. The audit information can be viewed by navigating to the Audits page. Audits can be obtained directly from Keys (key audits) or from Cylinders (cylinder audits) by using an Audit Key. In general, audit information that is displayed on the Audits page include the date and time of Key access, user information, Key Serial Number, Cylinder serial number, and a brief description of the specific audit event (see descriptions below).
Audit Event Code Descriptions
Audit event descriptions include:
OPENED - Key was authorized to open.
EXPIRED - Key was not authorized to open. Key time was after expiration date.
NOT SCHEDULED - Key does not have access to the Opening.
OUTSIDE ACCESS TIMES - Key was not authorized to open. Key time is before or after the daily access times.
PENDING - Key was not authorized to open. Key time is prior to schedule start date.
DISABLED - Key was not authorized to open. Key is not serviced (there is no schedule on the key)
AUDIT IS FILLED - Key audit memory location is full.
BLACKLIST IS CLEARED - The key blacklist stored in the cylinder was cleared.
BLACKLIST IS LOADED - Key blacklist was stored in the cylinder.
PRESENT ON BLACKLIST - Key was not authorized to open. Key was blacklisted in cylinder.
CORE CHANGED - The cylinder was accessed by a Control Key - for SFIC cores only.
AUTHENTICATION ERROR - The Key could not be authenticated with the Cylinder.
COMMUNICATION INTERRUPTED - Communication was interrupted between the Key and the Cylinder before completed.
SYSTEM LEVEL UPDATED - The system level was updated.
WRONG SYSTEM LEVEL - Key was not authorized to open. The key has a lower system level than the cylinder system level.
WRONG SYSTEM - Key was not authorized to open. The system level of the key and the cylinder do not match.
WRONG SITE - Key was not authorized to open. The site information of the key and the cylinder do not match.
Audit events specific to the Collector Key Type:
NEW CANISTER- A new Canister was activated.
USED CANISTER- The Canister has already been activated within the calendar day.
WRONG SUBZONE- An Opening outside of the current working group was touched. Access was not granted.
CORRUPT SUBZONE- The Subzone data may be corrupt.
